Bus Packages

Note: Arkansas and Wisconsin buses are full.

Americans for Prosperity Foundation will be providing roundtrip bus packages for the 2010 Defending the American Dream Summit from New Jersey, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, New Hampshire, Maine, Wisconsin and Arkansas. See below for more details.

Package includes: round trip bus transportation, Summit registration, one night hotel stay for the New Jersey and North Carolina package, two nights for the Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin package, and three nights for Arkansas. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included.

All buses will stay in DC until Saturday evening to afford our activists the opportunity to attend the Restoring Honor Rally at the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday afternoon 8/28 featuring Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin. There will be shuttles running from the conference site to the Rally. Also, the Metro subway is very close to the hotel and activists may take this option.

Room rates are as follows:

Double Occupancy - NJ and NC: $229 (Per Person)
Valid from the NJ or NC metropolitan areas. Package includes: bus transportation, one night hotel stay in a shared room, and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration. You are encouraged to request your roommate when you register. If roommate is not requested, an activist of the same gender will be assigned to share your room.

Single Occupancy - NJ and NC: $299 (Per Person)
Valid from the NJ or NC metropolitan areas. Package includes: bus transportation, one night hotel stay in your own room, and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration.

Student - NJ and NC: $79 (Per Person)
Includes the registration fee, 2 meals, a ride on the charter bus and 1 night lodging in quad. A quad is a room with two double beds and four people staying in the room. This is only available when all four people in the room agree to this sleeping arrangement. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration.

3rd or 4th Person Occupancy - NJ and NC: $179 (Per Person)
Valid from the NJ or NC metropolitan areas. Should you choose to add a third or fourth person in your room, you may do so. This is only available when all three/four people in the room already know each other and agree to this sleeping arrangement. Only the third and possibly forth person in the room gets the $179 rate. Package includes: bus transportation, one night hotel stay in a shared room registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration. Single Occupancy Package - GA, MI and WI: $399 (Per Person)
Valid from Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Package includes bus transportation, two night hotel stay in your own room, and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration.

Student Package - GA, MI and WI: $139 (Per Person)
Valid from Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Includes the registration fee, two meals, a ride on the charter bus and two nights lodging in quad. You may specify you would like to room with.

Family Package - GA, MI and WI: $629 (Per Family)
Valid from Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Package includes bus transportation, two night hotel stay in one room for the family, and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration.

Single Occupancy Package - AR: $599 (Per Person)
Valid from Arkansas. Package includes bus transportation, three nights hotel stay in your own room, and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration.

Double Occupancy Package - AR: $399 (Per Person)
Valid from Arkansas. Package includes bus transportation, three nights hotel stay in a shared room and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration. You may specify who you would like to room with.

Triple Occupancy Package - AR: $329 (Per Person)
Valid from Arkansas. Package includes bus transportation, three nights hotel stay in a shared room and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration. You may specify who you would like to room with.

Quad Occupancy Package - AR: $289 (Per Person)
Valid from Arkansas. Package includes bus transportation, three nights hotel stay in a shared room and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration. You may specify who you would like to room with.

Single Occupancy - Florida: $450 (Per Person)
Valid from Orlando, Florida. Package includes bus transportation, two nights hotel stay in your own room and registration for the Summit. Lunch and dinner on Friday is included in the Summit registration.

Double Occupancy - Florida: $300 (Per Person)
